Mark Bolen

Mark Bolen currently serves as the Regional Vice President at United Surgical Partners International, Inc., a position held since June 2023. Bolen has an extensive background in healthcare administration, beginning with the U.S. Navy Reserve as a Healthcare Administrator since February 2015, specializing in Medical Logistics. Prior to the current role, Bolen held various leadership positions at HCA Healthcare, including Vice President of Operations at Mission Hospital and Parkland Medical Center, among others. Bolen's educational background includes an MBA in Healthcare Management from Belmont University's Jack C. Massey College of Business, as well as a BBA with double majors in Management and Marketing from Lipscomb University. Additional studies were completed at Stellenbosch University.
