Steve Belcher

Steve Belcher has extensive experience in facility operations and management. Steve currently serves as the Director of Facility Operations at United Surgical Partners International, Inc, where they are responsible for overseeing various elements of facilities management, food and nutritional services, and regulatory compliance. In their previous role as Director of Facilities and Plant Operations at Medical City Healthcare, they managed relationships with directors and managers, handled campus redevelopment and renovation projects, and ensured overall plant operations and building maintenance services. Before that, they worked as a Manager of Facilities Operations at WageWorks, where they oversaw daily activities, ensured regulatory compliance, and led construction projects. Steve also has experience as a Regional Facilities Manager and Facility Manager at Newmark Knight Frank, where they managed facilities and maintained compliance with EH&S standards. Prior to that, they served as a Supervisor of Customer Services and Facility Management at Bombardier Aerospace, where they led a team and managed vendor activities.

Steve Belcher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, which they obtained from 1997 to 2000. Steve also holds a Master of Science degree in Sports Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2002. In addition, Steve has obtained certifications in Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain.
