Susan John

Susan John is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and systems optimization. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at United Surgical Partners International, Inc. since January 2014, Susan leads a team of over 36 employees and has successfully designed and implemented enterprise onboarding processes that saved the company more than $2 million over three years. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Systems Specialist at United Surgical Partners International, Inc., where oversight of HRIS systems benefited a large ambulatory network, and Systems Administrator at Concentra, where Susan streamlined HRIS processes.
