Alyse Tran

Alyse Tran is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering, holding a Bachelor of Engineering degree obtained in 2022. Alyse's professional experience includes working as a Patent Examiner at USPTO, specializing in Navigation/Vehicle Control Systems, and serving as a Mechanical Design Engineer II at Medtronic, where responsibilities involved R&D processes. Previous roles include an internship at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, contributing to Project LUN by developing a Python image processing toolkit, and executing research duties at Keck Medicine of USC and Johns Hopkins University. Additionally, Alyse was actively involved in the Mechanical Engineering Undergraduate Student Council as a representative, enhancing communication between students and faculty while organizing events for peers.
