Austin Pollock

Austin Pollock, EIT, currently serves as a Patent Examiner at the USPTO since July 2019. Previously, this professional held the position of Undergraduate Researcher at Penn State University from August 2017 to May 2018, focusing on the effects of varied gas environments on mechanochemically induced polymerization and researching new chemicals for vapor-phase absorption. Prior to this, Austin worked as a Process Engineer at D Block Metals LLC from June to August 2017, where responsibilities included decreasing chemical usage and raw material costs in metal recovery processes and coordinating maintenance efforts. Austin Pollock holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University, earned in 2018.
