Blake Rubin

Blake Rubin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in patent examination and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Primary Patent Examiner at the USPTO since August 2007, Blake also holds the position of Chair Of The Board Of Directors at Neighborhood Bike Works and works as a Bicycle Coalition Youth Cycling Coach for the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia. Previous experience includes a tenure as a Yoga Instructor at Practice Yoga Studio from November 2011 to August 2019, and as a Research Assistant at Drexel Autonomous Systems Lab, focusing on aerial robotics design and testing. Earlier, Blake contributed to the field as an Actuarial Analyst at ACE Group from 2001 to 2004, specializing in reserve analysis and program automation tools. Blake holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Penn State University.
