Charles Boudreau is an experienced Administrative Patent Judge, currently serving on the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Charles has held various legal positions, including Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Gibson Dunn, and served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Alan D. Lourie at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Prior to their legal career, Charles worked as a Research Chemist at Merck and as a Research Assistant at Mass General Hospital.
