Cleo Hicks

Cleo Hicks is an experienced instructional design specialist with a robust background in developing engaging and interactive learning experiences across various sectors, including government and education. Currently serving as an Instructional Systems Specialist at the USPTO since November 2016, Cleo has analyzed over 120 training needs and designed more than 200 interactive eLearning modules, significantly increasing engagement for over 13,000 employees. Previous roles include Lead Instructional Designer at Knowledge Management, Inc., where innovative strategies were implemented for the Marine Corps University, and positions at educational institutions and organizations such as ECPI University and the United States Navy. Cleo holds a Master's degree in Occupational and Technical Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology from Old Dominion University.
