David Arteman

David Arteman, JD, is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Chief Intellectual Property Counsel and Associate General Counsel at Oshkosh Corporation, where they oversee all aspects of the company's intellectual property interests. With a robust background, they previously held positions as Associate General Counsel at Kimberly-Clark, where they provided legal counsel across North American consumer product sectors and managed complex intellectual property and advertising matters. David's experience also includes significant roles in risk management and compliance, as well as a longstanding membership with the State Bar of Wisconsin and registration as a Patent Attorney with the USPTO. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Doctor of Law from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
