Jonathan Kuo

Jonathan Kuo is a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) since October 2015, specializing in patent examination processes. Prior to this role, Kuo served as a Postdoctoral Scholar and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Southern California from 2008 to 2014, contributing to the development of micromachined technologies for neural interfaces by creating innovative microfabrication techniques and designing implantable biomedical microdevices. Jonathan Kuo holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and Master of Science (M.S.) in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Bioengineering from UC San Diego, with an additional educational experience at National Tsing Hua University.
