Jordan Baker

Jordan Baker is a legal professional with extensive experience at the United States Patent and Trademark Office since September 2005. Currently serving as an Attorney Advisor in the Register Protection Office, Jordan Baker supports the Deputy Commissioner for Trademark Examination Policy by conducting expungement and reexamination proceedings, raising awareness about trademark scams, and performing post-registration audits. Previously, Jordan Baker held the role of Attorney Advisor as a Trademark Examining Attorney, examining trademark applications and preparing appeal briefs. Prior to joining USPTO, Jordan Baker was the Editor and Owner of Pastepunk.com, a pioneering punk rock music website, from October 1998 to December 2012. Jordan Baker earned a JD in Law from George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School and a BS in Marketing from the University of Maryland.
