Katie Weeks, PMP, is a seasoned Project Manager currently with the USPTO's Office of Application and Systems Administration. With fifteen years of progressive experience in human capital and operational management, they have successfully handled administrative operations and implemented change management strategies. Previously, Katie served as a Management Analyst and Analyst at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where they identified best practices, conducted strategic planning, and wrote internal communications for executive leadership. They hold a Master of Music degree from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree from George Mason University.
