Kyle Kretzer

Kyle Kretzer is a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) since July 2020. Prior to this role, Kyle worked at Walgreens from June 2015 to May 2022, holding positions as a Designated Hitter and Customer Service Associate. In these roles, Kyle was responsible for entering patient and drug information, ensuring accuracy in medication verification, and providing exceptional customer service. While studying at Milwaukee School of Engineering from 2016 to 2020, Kyle gained experience as Assistant Building Manager, Senior Tower Assistant, and Tower Assistant at Grohmann Tower Apartments, leading teams and managing building operations. Additionally, Kyle completed a Quality Assurance Internship at Artemax, Inc., where processes were implemented that reduced picking errors by over 40%. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering.
