Lloyd Samples is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in high-level information security roles. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at the U.S. National Central Bureau - Interpol, Lloyd oversees Governance, Risk, and Compliance for a complex cybersecurity program supporting over 18,000 law enforcement agencies and international organizations. In addition, Lloyd has held significant positions, including Deputy Branch Chief at a Federal Agency and Chief Information Security Officer at the Corporation for National and Community Service, demonstrating a proven track record in managing federal cyber programs in diverse environments. Previous roles include leading a cybersecurity operations team at the USPTO and various positions in notable organizations, including Moonlight Computing and Labs, L-3 Communications, and Northrop Grumman, contributing to cybersecurity efforts during critical missions, such as in conflict zones.
