Michael Strauss

Michael Strauss is an Administrative Patent Judge at the USPTO, where they hear and adjudicate appeals regarding patentability and conduct interference proceedings. An intellectual property attorney, they are a member of multiple state and federal bars, including the Supreme Court of the United States. Previously, Michael held various roles, including Patent Counsel for Bell Atlantic Network Services, Of Counsel at Morrison & Foerster, and Counsel at Fulbright & Jaworski. They earned a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and advanced degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from The George Washington University and Union College, respectively.
