Peter Toby Brown

Peter Toby Brown is a highly experienced technology specialist currently serving as a Supervisory Information Technology Specialist at the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) since 2006, overseeing the complex rules-based system, PALM, and ensuring exemplary customer service. Brown's previous roles at USPTO include Acting Director of the Office of Patent Audit and Evaluation and Patent Examiner, where significant contributions to database development and patent examination were made. Additionally, Brown dedicated over a decade to Fredericksburg Football Club, first as the Program Director for the US Youth Soccer TOPSoccer program, promoting inclusivity for youth with disabilities, and as a goalkeeper trainer. Brown holds a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Mount Wachusett Community College.
