With eighteen years of experience in intellectual property law, technology transactions, and data privacy, they have held various roles, including General Counsel at Wingman and Patent Development Manager at Intellectual Ventures. Rahul is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is certified as a Certified Information Privacy Professional in both the US and Europe. They earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.
