Robert A. currently serves as a Patent Examiner in Technology Center 3700 at the United States Patent and Trademark Office since July 2020. Prior to this role, Robert was a Rawlings Undergraduate Leadership Fellow at the University of Maryland from 2019 to May 2020, where participation in leadership activities and a capstone project focused on improving mental health education was emphasized. Additionally, as a Data Analytics Intern at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases from June 2019 to January 2020, Robert contributed to the efficiency of operations by overhauling the SharePoint site and designing a new interface that streamlined tasks. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of Maryland and is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at American University Washington College of Law, expected to graduate in May 2027.
