Robert Cohen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in trademark law, currently serving as a Trademark Examining Attorney at the USPTO since March 2015. In this role, Robert conducts examinations of federal trademark applications for compliance with the Lanham Act and drafts Office actions to support refusals based on various legal standards. Prior to this position, Robert worked as an arbitrator for both the DuPage County and Cook County Circuit Court Mandatory Arbitration Programs, and as an attorney representing freelance graphic designers and handling e-discovery document reviews.
