Scott Moore has extensive experience in patent law, currently serving as a Senior Lead Administrative Patent Judge at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) since 2014, with various acting leadership roles within the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Prior to this role, Scott was a Partner and Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP from 2002 to 2014 and worked as an Associate at Irell & Manella from 1999 to 2002. Scott holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from North Carolina State University.
