Tamara Foley is currently the Deputy Director of the Office of Governmental Affairs at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Previously, Tamara served as an Attorney Advisor at the USPTO and worked as an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. International Trade Commission from 2007 to 2017. Tamara also gained experience as an Associate at McDermott Will & Emery LLP and as a Trademark Examining Attorney at the USPTO. Tamara holds a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from The George Washington University Law School.
