Todd Seoane

Todd Seoane is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor industry with extensive experience in project management, engineering, and customer service. Currently serving as a Patent Examiner at the USPTO since July 2024, Todd previously held various positions at Plasma-Therm from 2013 to 2024, culminating in the role of Engineering Program Manager for Plasma Dicing. In this capacity, Todd was responsible for coordinating project execution, driving consensus on development decisions, and managing communications across multiple teams. Previous roles at Plasma-Therm included Customer Service Project & Account Manager and Field Service Technical Lead, demonstrating a comprehensive skill set in customer relations and technical support. Prior to that, Todd worked at Cree as an R&D Process Development Engineer focusing on epitaxy, where significant improvements in process efficiencies were achieved. Todd holds a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering with a specialty in Electronic Materials from the University of Florida.
