Tom Casagrande

Tom Casagrande is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law and litigation. Currently serving as an Administrative Trademark Judge and Associate Solicitor at the United States Patent and Trademark Office since January 2012, Tom specializes in appellate and district court litigation related to trademarks, patents, and copyrights. Prior positions include attorney roles at Locke Lord LLP, Howrey LLP, and Arnold White & Durkee, where Tom focused on intellectual property litigation and complex business litigation. Tom began a legal career as a judicial law clerk for The Honorable B. Avant Edenfield in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia. Educational achievements include a J.D. with Honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
