Moran Abutbul - מורן אבוטבול

Moran Abutbul has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. They began their career at Paz lubricants and chemicals in 2001, where they served as the Head of budgets and control of the Operations Division. In this role, Moran was responsible for budgeting, work planning, and setting performance goals for the division.

In 2004, Moran became the Director of Training and Welfare at Paz lubricants and chemicals, where they oversaw employee training programs and welfare initiatives.

In 2007, Moran was promoted to the position of Human Resources Manager at Paz lubricants and chemicals. They managed all aspects of the employment life cycle, including compensation, contracts, recruitment, and employee evaluation. They also provided guidance and supervision to the HR team in areas such as employee presence, welfare, and training.

In 2015, Moran took on the additional responsibility of being the Human Resources Manager at two industrial companies within the Paz lubricants and chemicals group. They managed a team of HR specialists and provided support to the CEOs of both companies in various HR areas, including organizational structure, employee development, and labor law compliance.

Most recently, in 2022, Moran joined USR Electronic Systems as the VP HR. They oversee the company's HR function, ensuring the availability of skilled personnel and efficient operations in areas such as supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, and logistics.

Moran Abutbul obtained a B.A. in ECONOMY from the University of Haifa in 2001. They later pursued an M.B.A degree from The Open University of Israel between 2005 and 2008. In 2021, Moran completed an M.A. in organizational development from the University of Haifa.
