Charlotte Buck

Charlotte Buck, OLY, currently serves as a Brand Associate and Consultant at Broadridge, having joined in October 2023 as part of the Elite Athlete Management Program. Concurrently, Charlotte is a member of the USRowing DEI Committee, focusing on enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. As an athlete for Team USA, Charlotte has participated in multiple prestigious rowing competitions, achieving notable placements, including a 4th place finish in the Women's 8+ at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and a 2nd place at the World Championship 2023. Charlotte's background includes coaching roles at Columbia University and Rockland Rowing Association, as well as experience in research and communications. A graduate of Columbia University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Charlotte maintains an active presence in the rowing community while supporting initiatives that promote inclusivity in the sport.
