Jessica Jackson

Jessica Jackson M.S. is a seasoned professional in the field of sports administration and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as a DEI Associate at USRowing since June 2022, Jessica has previously held roles including Graduate Teaching Assistant and Intern for Student Athlete Leadership & Development at the University of Louisville from August 2020 to May 2022. Jessica's athletic achievements include being a Division 1 student athlete at Colorado State University from June 2015 to December 2019, where notable recognitions included the Debbie Murphy Most Inspirational Award for three consecutive years and the Thurman "Fum" McGraw Award in 2019. Jessica's hands-on experience in marketing and communications is complemented by various internships, including a Summer Marketing Internship at Madwire® in 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Sports Administration from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies with a minor in Sports Management from Colorado State University.
