Katy Ruderman is currently the Head Coach of Women's Rowing at Bucknell Athletics and serves as the PR3 4+ Coach for USRowing, training the team for the upcoming 2025 World Rowing Championships. Previously, Katy held the position of Head Coach and Program Director at Brookline High School Rowing from 2009 to 2021 and briefly served as the U23 High Performance Coach at Potomac Boat Club in 2021. Their coaching experience also includes roles as Head Junior Coach at Riverside Boat Club and First Assistant/Recruiting Coordinator at The George Washington University. Katy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Wellness Promotion from Cambridge College and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Higher Education Leadership at Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
