Tom Siddall

Tom Siddall is an accomplished rowing coach with extensive experience in both collegiate and para rowing. Currently serving as the Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for Men's Heavyweight Rowing at Harvard University and as a co-founder of Charles River Rowing, LLC, Tom also supports the PR3 4+ team for the 2024 Paralympic Games with USRowing. Previous roles include various coaching positions with USRowing, including Para High Performance Coach and Assistant Coach for the Junior National Team, as well as Associate Head Coach at Tufts University. Tom's expertise encompasses strength and conditioning, performance analysis, and athlete recruitment. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Fairfield University and ongoing professional development through US Rowing.
