Tom West

Tom West currently serves as an Engineer for the Para National Rowing Team at USRowing since March 2023 and has been a Rowing Coach at Community Rowing, Inc. since April 2019. Prior experience includes a robust tenure at Columbia Threadneedle from June 2003 to April 2017, where Tom West held the position of Director of Equity Research, managing a team of approximately 30 analysts and overseeing extensive coverage of over 600 stocks for a diverse asset portfolio exceeding $100 billion. Previous roles also include Sector Analyst and High Yield Credit Analyst at Fidelity Investments, as well as Senior Engineer and Department Manager at Robert Bosch, where Tom West established the UK office. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Finance from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University.
