Tracy R. Brown Oly

Tracy R. Brown OLY currently serves as the Senior Director of Philanthropic Giving at the USRowing Foundation since March 2021, and previously held the Chief Development Officer role at the National Rowing Foundation from April 2018 to September 2021. Tracy has an extensive background in non-profit fundraising and development, including positions as Executive Director, Interim Executive Director, and Associate Director at the National Rowing Foundation, and as Director of Development at Community Rowing, Inc. Tracy also contributed to the Syracuse Alumni/ae Rowing Association as a Board Member and served as its first female president, demonstrating leadership within the organization. Additionally, Tracy's experience includes roles in marketing and public relations across various organizations, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
