JoAnn Naumann is currently the Command Senior Enlisted Leader at the United States Strategic Command and has held the position since 2025. With 30 years of military experience in intelligence and special operations, JoAnn previously served as the Command Sergeant Major at US Special Operations Command Korea from 2021 to 2023, and is set to continue this role at the US Army Special Operations Command through 2025. JoAnn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies and Government from William & Mary between 1991 and 1995. An Arabic speaker, JoAnn is recognized as a creative thinker and problem solver.
