Matthew Black is a strategic electromagnetic spectrum manager with over 15 years of experience in the United States Marine Corps. They have served in various roles, including as a spectrum manager for the 10th Marine Regiment and the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, as well as a transmission chief. Currently, Matthew holds the position of Strategic Electromagnetic Spectrum Manager for United States Strategic Command, where they oversee frequency assignment proposals and spectrum management processes.
