Michael Kolster

Michael Kolster is a senior leader with over three decades of experience in the US Navy and USSTRATCOM, currently serving as the Deputy Director of the Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Enterprise Center. In this role, they oversee a dedicated team focused on maintaining and modernizing the nation's NC3 systems, essential for strategic deterrence. Michael has held various leadership positions, including Chief of Readiness and Chief, Office of C2F Integration at USSTRATCOM, and has a proven track record in project and process management. They are also a Senior Executive Fellow of the Harvard Kennedy School, providing them with valuable insights into national security and strategic studies. Michael's education includes degrees from the United States Naval Academy, Florida Institute of Technology, The George Washington University, and the Naval War College.
