United States Strategic Command
Packard Trent is an experienced analyst with a strong focus on strategic and operational intelligence within various military and defense contexts. Since January 2017, Packard has served in multiple roles at United States Strategic Command, demonstrating expertise in strategy, campaign analysis, and joint fires activities. Prior experience includes leadership positions in naval intelligence and counterterrorism with U.S. Africa Command and U.S. European Command, along with significant contributions at the Office of Naval Intelligence. Packard holds a Master of Arts in Homeland Defense and Security from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Intermodal Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
