Patrick Howell is an experienced pilot and safety manager with a diverse background in aviation and military operations. Currently serving as a Pilot in Command for the King Air 90 at Silverhawk Aviation and as a Safety Program Manager for the U.S. Air Force Reserve, Howell has held various roles, including Action Officer with United States Strategic Command and several leadership positions within the United States Air Force. With a proven track record in compliance and readiness evaluation, mission planning, and flight instruction, Howell has contributed to national-level contingency planning for the Air Force nuclear bomber fleet while also conducting flight training under FAA regulations. Howell holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from The Citadel and a Master of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
