They began their career as a Sales & Marketing Associate at Caffe Inch, quickly showcasing their talent for customer engagement. Over the years, Abel has held various positions, including Radio Show Host at Radiowalla Network, where they created unique content blending humor with music. They founded AbelMathews Entertainment and served as Founder & Creative Director, while also leading initiatives in HR employer branding and SaaS business development at UST. Abel holds a Bachelor of Technology from Karunya University and combines humor, resilience, and empathy to address business challenges.
