Akash Kumar

Akash Kumar has extensive experience in technical support roles, beginning as a Desktop Support Engineer at Sunbeam Academy Group from December 2017 to March 2021, where responsibilities included hardware assembly. Akash then joined Quess Corp Limited as a Centre Executive in April 2021, managing a team focused on L1 Technical assistance for a brief period. Following that, Akash worked at HCL Technologies as a Senior Analyst from July 2021 to October 2022, contributing to the L1 Technical support team. Currently, Akash serves as an Associate II in Cloud Infrastructure Services at UST since October 2022, functioning as a member of the L2 Technical Support Team. Akash holds a Master's degree in Technology with a specialization in VLSI Design from Galgotias University and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Punjab Technical University.
