Aswathi V

Aswathi V is a motivated and dedicated recruitment professional with extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment processes. Currently serving as a Lead Recruiter at UST Global since 2019, they manage permanent, contract, and FTE staffing while developing recruitment strategies to meet client needs. Prior to this role, Aswathi held positions at Randstad, ARS Traffic & Transport Technology, and QuEST Global, where they honed their skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Aswathi is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, as well as a PG Diploma in HRM from the University of Kerala.
