BG Moore

BG Moore is President of Xpanxion, our US-based onshore delivery organization with delivery centers in Kearney Nebraska, Ames Iowa, Manhattan Kansas, Fort Collins Colorado, Lincoln Nebraska and Alpharetta Georgia. He also heads our Step IT Up America program which trains diverse talent from non-technical academic backgrounds for technology roles. Both Xpanxion and Step IT Up America are dedicated to bringing technology jobs back home to America.

Step IT Up America, a proven success in training women, minorities and veterans, has won awards from the Department of Defense and recognition from Women In Technology. BG speaks at conferences across the country about the need for diversity and a change in our approach to finding and training entry level technology talent.
