Fousmi Abdul is an experienced professional in the fields of growth strategy and sustainability services, currently serving as the Global Program Director for ESG at UST since July 2013. With a strong focus on ESG and sustainability services, Fousmi has managed various transformation projects in financial services and has held multiple product management and ownership roles, ensuring high-performance teams and effective product strategies. Prior to UST, Fousmi worked at Infosys as a Technical Lead and Scrum Master, and at Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Programmer Analyst, with a foundation in software development from PointCross. Fousmi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Calicut University, an MBA in Investment Management from Bharathiar University, and is currently pursuing studies in Business Sustainability Management at the University of Cambridge.
