Heidi Shilling

Heidi Shilling, CCWP, serves as the Head of Global Contingent Talent at UST since January 2021, following a role as Contingent Talent Director. Prior to UST, Heidi was the Contingent Labor Senior Manager at Flex from March 2018 to January 2021 and the Global Contingent Workforce Manager at VMware from January 2015 to March 2018. Experience includes a position as Technical Recruiter at Kelly | IT Resources and ownership of Goin' Postal of Round Rock, where Heidi successfully increased sales by 56% in one year. Earlier career roles include HR Contingent Workforce Vendor Program Manager and Global Talent Acquisition Vendor Manager at Dell, and Records Administrator at Pflugerville Police Department. Educational background includes studies at the University of North Carolina Wilmington and Texas Tech University.
