Jonathan Hamada

Jonathan Hamada is the Center HR Head at UST Global in Manila, where they are responsible for overall HR operations and building partnerships across operational units. They have extensive experience in HR practices, specializing in Training & Organization Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Talent Development across various industries, including Banking and IT. Previously, Jonathan held positions such as HR Head at Redbana-Hanbitsoft Philippines, where they established the company's HR infrastructure, and Senior Manager for Human Resources at Intex Group, overseeing HR functions and quality management. Jonathan earned an M.S. in Development Policy and a B.A. in Communication from De La Salle University.
