Js Madhavan

JS Madhavan serves as the HR Compliance & Employee Relations Head for the APAC region at UST Global since February 2010, overseeing HR operations for over 12,000 employees across multiple countries, including India and Singapore. Responsibilities include the design and implementation of HR processes, statutory compliance maintenance, employee relations management, and ensuring adherence to HR audits. Madhavan's prior experience includes project management roles at SCHINDLER INDIA and various technical leadership positions in the Indian Navy, where responsibilities spanned instructional duties, technical operations, and oversight of aircraft maintenance and logistics. Academically, Madhavan holds advanced degrees in Human Resources Management, Operations, Aeronautics, and Mechanical Engineering from prestigious institutions.
