Lijo John

Lijo John is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in service delivery and information security. Currently serving as the Head of Service Delivery and Information Security at UST, Lijo John has successfully led significant digital transformation initiatives for major clients, including India's largest BFSI group. Previous roles include Head of Cloud and Information Security at ZH Healthcare, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and 24/7 support for cloud services, and Head of IT Infrastructure at Manappuram Finance, where strategic IT implementations and vendor management were prioritized. Lijo John's expertise also spans operations management at Malayala Manorama Co. Ltd, legacy application transformations at Muthootgroup, and project leadership at IBM, providing a strong foundation in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and an MBA in Systems from Kuvempu University.
