Michael Adamson

Michael Adamson is currently the Vice President of Global HR Operations at UST Global, a digital and IT services company with 30,000 associates in over 30 countries. Prior to this, Michael was the Owner & Principal Consultant at Adamson Consulting Group LLC, where Michael specialized in HR strategy and organizational design. Michael also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Advantage Solutions and held various leadership roles at Accenture for over three decades. Michael holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Public Administration from the University of Arizona.
