Mitesh Lashkari

Mitesh Lashkari is an experienced professional currently serving as Group Manager in the COO Office at UST since November 2022. Previously, Mitesh held the position of Digital Transformation Head for Human Resources and Talent Supply Chain at UST from October 2013 to March 2022, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams to implement digital transformation strategies. Mitesh also worked as Program Manager in the Office of the CHRO, driving global cross-functional initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as Visiting Faculty at the Asian School of Business and roles at Wipro Technologies, where Mitesh was a Project Engineer and Summer Intern. Mitesh holds a MicroMasters program certificate in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Rajasthan.
