Mridula Jayadevan

Mridula Jayadevan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and project oversight, currently serving as an Account Manager for Cloud Infrastructure Services at UST Global since April 2013. With a strong background in client expectation management and people management, Mridula heads business operations in IT Infrastructure Management Services, leading a team of approximately 1,200 resources. Prior roles at UST Global included Program Manager for the Operations Team in the CEO Office, where collaboration with the Global Operations Head facilitated the implementation of strategic initiatives. Additional experience includes consulting at BET Consultancy, providing management services and support for academic projects, as well as a management trainee position at the British Council. Mridula holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Institute of Management in Kerala and a Bcom from All Saints' College, complemented by professional qualifications from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
