Phil Eames

Phil Eames is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and technology services. Currently serving as Global Chief Operations Officer at Kantar since January 2019, Phil leads a team of approximately 5,000 associates across various business services in 60 countries. Phil holds an advisory role at UST Global while previously holding leadership positions as CEO at NDP Studio and COO at Aimia Inc., overseeing operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Additional roles include Co-Founder of CP2 Experience, Board Advisor COO at XSFN, and CEO of IO Global Ltd, showcasing expertise in customer experience, digital transformation, and technology solutions. Phil's career began at Fujitsu, where responsibilities included leading the media sector vertical. Education includes attendance at Stanford University in 2014.
