Pratik Baid is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software engineering and technical support. Currently serving as a Lead at UST since May 2021, Pratik has progressed through various roles including Associate Lead, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as Tech Lead Technical Support Engineer at NICE Ltd from May 2019 to May 2021, and as a Senior System Engineer at Infosys from August 2016 to April 2019.
