Richa Sethi is a global HR leader with over 25 years of experience in creating robust talent ecosystems, focusing on areas such as Talent Management, Learning & Development, and DEI. Richa currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Management at UST, where they are leading strategic initiatives for a skills-based organization. Previously, Richa held prominent roles at Coforge, MetLife, Genpact, and Vertex, implementing large-scale HR transformations. Richa has obtained multiple certifications, including an Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR Management from eCornell University and is currently pursuing Executive Coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation. Outside of professional commitments, Richa volunteers with NGOs supporting children's needs, women's skill-building, and elder care.
